BECAUSE NO ONE SHOULD WASTE TWO GOOD HOURS IN THE DARK
It's hardly a shock that "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" would conquer the box office this past weekend. Still, the numbers are astounding. No burnout in this franchise, apparently.

Feh. A q.v. w/past "Harry Potter" grosses demonstrates a case of diminishing returns. At this point, I would attribute this b.o. surge to presentation, presentation, presentation: a summer release instead of the usual fall/winter, and a timing with the release of the final book.
