Now, this topic has been written to death - I wrote about it a few weeks back - but a subject often isn't settled until Steyn has a crack at it.

Steyn is, of course, a genius and a very amusing chap. Canadian, actually, although he hangs his hat in New Hampshire. He has a terrific web site featuring his columns published in newspapers and mags throughout the world.
