Lookout, Indy!

The "Indiana Jones" steamroller will be met head on this May by ... a disgruntled postal worker.

Cinema Blend is reporting that Uwe Boll's "Postal," the tasteless comedy based on the popular video game, will open the same weekend as "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" - May 23. Hardly a fair fight, no matter what the mad marketer Boll has to say about it.
In other Indy news, it's no shock at all that Paramount Home Video will be re-releasing the first three "Indiana Jones" features May 13. Rotten Tomatoes breaks down the features attached to the new DVD set.

I found "The Last Crusade" overrated, a jokey, bloated mess. "The Temple of Doom," to my teen eyes, contained one of Hollywood's best action sequences -- an adrenaline barrage at the end that lasted more than a half hour. Must watch both anew before hitting the theater May 23.
